Today is National Neck Stretching day! 🎉😉 So here is the complete set for you to try! Hopefully you will relieve some stress and tension in the process. Hold for 20 secs each and stop if you feel pain. 1. Bring your ear towards your shoulder but keep your shoulder down. 2. Bring ear towards shoulder but rotate slightly. 3. Rotate head to look over your shoulder. 4. Look down 5.
